Computer Setup

I will setup a computer system for first use. I will plug in all the parts of the computer, as well as I will set up peripherals such as a printer. I will go through the initial setup with you step by step to back sure that the computer is set up correctly. I will install any software that you want installed as well as if you want me to I will recommend software that might be good to have on your computer. Please allow at least 2 Hours to complete the installing of computer.

Virus Removal

I will remove viruses from your computer to get it running the way it should. Virus removal will usually take about 3 Hours to complete the virus removal. Some additional time might be needed to completely remove the viruses if it heavily infected.

Computer Reformat (Reinstall)

I will reformat a computer to its factory settings. Please have your data backed, and all software that you want reinstalled including the restore disk before I arrive. I will help backup your data but I will not be responsible for backing up your data. Please allow for 3 to 4 hours to complete process.

Computer Cleanup

I will clean up a computer that is running slowly. Please allow at least 1 hour to complete. Note that sometimes the best solution for computers to get the computer working faster is to completely reformat that computer to factory settings.

Parts Install

I will install parts that you buy into a computer.
